Meet our dogs

The heart of our program.

Penny

Penny is the girl who started it all. She’s very smart, full of energy, and always eager to be involved in whatever's going on. She loves to stay active, but she also knows exactly when to settle down. She’s the kind of dog who understands when it’s family time and is more than happy to curl up and relax. That natural “off switch” makes her a perfect family dog. On top of that, Penny has this great mix of confidence, intelligence, and quick reflexes. She can tune out everything around her and focus completely on me, no matter what's happening. Because of those qualities and the strong bond we share, she'll be my service dog once she retires. Penny’s puppies tend to thrive in active homes  especially with families who enjoy hiking, training, or just involving their dog in everyday life but have also done well in families with children. She passes down her brains, playful energy, and sweet temperament to her pups. She’s fully health tested with OFA clearances and has been such a steady, dependable mom. Penny truly is the heart of my program, and I’m so lucky to have started this journey with her. I couldn't ask for a better best friend.

Sedona

Sedona is a very smart golden, but also the most independent. She likes to do her own thing and isn't your typical clingy Golden but when she does want love, she’ll come over and nudge you for it in the sweetest way. She’s calm most of the time and is happy just relaxing and watching what’s going on around her. One of the most special things about Sedona is how well she reads people. She somehow just knows when something is different, whether it's physical or emotional. She picks up on the smallest changes in me, almost like she has a sixth sense. And when she notices I'm stressed or upset, she'll distract me in her own gentle way, usually by nudging me for pets because she knows that's the best way to get my mind off things. Because of how in tune we are with each other, I'll be training her to be a therapy dog once she retires. She loves to play fetch now and then, but for the most part, she’s laid-back and quiet. Sedona is fully health tested and OFA certified. She’s been a great mom, calm, gentle, and nurturing with her puppies.

Bo

I came across Bo while casually scrolling through the AKC Marketplace. I wasn’t planning to add another puppy just yet, but the moment I saw him, it was love at first sight. Something about him just called out to me. I tried to talk myself out of it, but in the end, I knew he was meant to come home with me. Bo is a big, lovable chunk with the most beautiful red coat and rare little markings on his nose, chin, and chest. He’s full of personality, super vocal, and definitely not afraid to “talk back” when things don’t go his way. While he does have that typical puppy energy, Bo is noticeably more laid-back compared to most red goldens. He’s still young, but already showing signs of being a calm, mellow boy as he matures. I’m so excited to see the kind of dog he becomes.
